Island property owners rely on marinas to dock their boats and on-shore parking for their vehicles and boat trailers. Unfortunately, the way the land was developed, we have a limited number of marinas, and they have a limited number of spots.
This is an issue of inclusiveness, and we need to work on it.
No ratepayer should have to park in a ditch or haul their empty boat trailer into town because they have no other options.
